Japan Earthquake/Tsunami: It could happen to YOU !

     I remember where is was when I first saw footage of the 2011 Japan Tsunami. It sounds strange but I was watching a band playing at a local bar. I looked up at the tv when my brother gasped at the footage. My heart sank, my eyes watered and I thought holy $&@&!!! The horror of it all was that with that live film came the knowledge that people were dying as a result. It was like a nature snuff video. The valley reminded me of my own home town near the ocean. I had to step out of the bar- somehow listen to music and dancing didn't seem appropriate.

Where were you when it happened?
Did you fear for your area being hit by the tsunami or nuclear radiation? Or did you keep your cool and saved the iodine pills for the real victims.

Yesterday I passed a large valley on my way home, I imagine a dark veil of water covering it and I got goosebumps.
